Return Policies

  • All returns are subject to a manager’s approval.
  • Refunds are given within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging including plastic shrink-wrap or cardboard blister-pack.
  • Credit Card refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
  • Cash, Check and Debit Card refunds over $50.00 will be made by check and mailed to the customer.
  • A Store Credit will be issued for merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificate or Store Credit.
  • After 60 days, only exchanges and store credits will be issued.

There are no returns on books, seasonal & clearance items, Pantone products, paper cutters & projectors, airbrushes & parts, computer disks, CD’s or software.
Returned Checks Policy There will be a $25.00 Service Fee applied to all returned checks.
