The UArt Open is an annual art competition and exhibition held to promote the arts and to showcase outstanding work in a variety of media from artists all over the Sacramento and Bay Areas.

The Show was divided into four main categories plus an Emerging Artist category

Oil / Acrylic -- Watercolor
Pastel / Drawing (includes all dry media) -- Mixed Media

Emerging Artist: Open to students 14 - 18 years old
